Used snowboards ride just as well as new ones. The reason behind that phenomena is that top brand name snowboard manufacturers like Burton, Lamar, K2, Ride and Rossignol put a lot of time and money on the innovation, design and craftsmanship of every snowboard they make and you be the ultimate beneficiary of that quality!

The only difference between used snowboards and new snowboards today is that used snowboards usually have a scratch or two on them and the original luster and shine of the OG paint job is gone as well.

Outside of that you may as well be riding a new board!

Seriously snowboards are made out of carbon fiber glass and that stuff is tough as nails so you can forget about a used snowboard not riding well... that's just nonsense.

When buying a used snowboard just make sure it doesn't have any cracks or is broken in any places. Avoid those issues and you'll be straight!
